Official Notice: Punchbowl Festival 2026 Cancellation
We want to share an important update about Punchbowl Festival 2026.
After extensive consideration, Feaster has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Punchbowl Festival, including our planned June dates at Playland.
We know how much this event means to our guests, partners, and vendors, and we don’t take this decision lightly. Many of you have already made plans around Punchbowl, and we’re deeply appreciative of the time, energy, and enthusiasm you bring to it every year.
This year has presented a uniquely complex environment for events across Vancouver. With FIFA-related activities taking place throughout the city, there has been significant strain on venues, infrastructure, scheduling, and overall event logistics. These challenges have created conditions where we can’t confidently deliver the level of experience that Punchbowl is built on.
Rather than move forward with a compromised event, we believe stepping back for 2026 is the right call.

Punchbowl will be taking place at PNE Playland at 2901 E. Hastings in Vancouver, BC.

This priority pass gives access to 5 specific rides. Visit the selected rides 1 (one) time each, through the rapid pass entrance. Limited quantities available online and on-site while supplies last. We recommend you purchase your rapid passes ahead of time as they may sell out.

Tickets start at their lowest price and as they sell and as the event gets closer, ticket prices increase.
There are two categories of tickets: GA and VIP Fast Pass
GA tickets start at $55 and will eventually end up at their regular price of $95, before selling out.Fast Pass VIP tickets start at $100 and will eventually end up at their regular price of $140, before selling out. There are limited amount of Fast Passes Available

Tickets include admission and a souvenir tasting cup. All beverage samples within the event are available by using the festival token. Food is available using credit/debit cards.

Samples range in price depending on the product’s retail value. A sample using a $150 bottle of tequila will cost more to sample than that of cocktail using a $30 bottle. Generally most samples range from $2-$4.

The PUNCHBOWL token is the currency of PUNCHBOWL. Attendees will purchase tokens as they walk into the event and then use those tokens to purchase everything available at PUNCHBOWL (excluding the onsite liquor store). Tokens are $1/each plus the appropriate taxes. Cash is accepted but most token terminals will only accept credit card. There is a $2 convenience fee when purchasing tokens by CC.

No, on both fronts. Pets are not permitted. This event is 19+ and thus no one from the age of 0 days old to 18 and 364 days old may enter the festival gates.

Easy peasy. All you have to do is join the mailing list.

Usually a couple days before the pre-sale window opens.

We do not have a different ticket available for DDs. PUNCHBOWL is based on a “a-la-carte” system and thus your admission ticket is only for admission - just like a DD ticket. We encourage designated drivers and have thus included many food items and entertainment for those not partaking in the sampling of alcohol.

No. Barcodes on your phones are 100% sufficient.

PUNCHBOWL tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable and thus can be given away to friends or sold on 3rd party sites. We do not hold any responsibility for tickets that are bought, sold, given away or received privately as there is no way to trace them to the new buyer.

If the event is postponed, all purchased tickets will be automatically valid for the new scheduled dates. No tickets will be refunded if the event is postponed.

If there is a ticket limit, it is usually 8 per event.

Tickets are delivered by e-mail. Once you purchase your tickets, they should arrive momentarily in your inbox. If you don’t receive them, please use the contact form to let us know. Please include your order number and the first and last name that they were purchased under.

Yes. We use a 3rd party ticketing site and they don’t work for free. The fees have been negotiated for the benefit of our guests and continue to be minimal. Regarding tax, only GST is charged on tickets.

Yes. If you require parking for the disabled, there will be spots onsite. There are ramps where needed for wheelchair and more gradual ups and downs where necessary.
